Ready...Set...Let it Begin!

For those of you who made it to the Benson Mill 5K...you all ran great!  Whether it went really well or not for you...it was a great chance to see where you are at, and where you want to improve...that is ALL!  :)   
Whether you are experienced or a Newbie...please remember, to be patient with yourselves the first week or so!  We always seem so EXCITED at first and then too many drop off from running!  We know you have amazing goals, but it is only done by ONE STEP AT A TIME!  Be Strong, but be Smart!  Let's have a great week and "pace" ourselves, as we look towards the BIG PICTURE!
